As an Endpoint Support and AV Specialist, your primary role will be to provide technical services to executives, executive administrators, and priority projects by identifying, prioritizing, and confirming resolution of reported problems with desktop, laptop, remote desktop, and mobile devices. You will ensure that all phases of desktop support, including installations, upgrades, software, hardware, operating systems, and operating system configuration issues, are properly coordinated, monitored, tracked, and resolved. You will also provide Audio/Visual services within the Westminster office that will include setting up, operating, maintaining, and repairing audio and visual equipment for live events and other uses.

We are hiring immediately for an Executive Support and AV Specialist for our Westminster, CO office.

What you will do day to day:

  • Provide support for executives and executive administrators through all phases of desktop support, including installations, upgrades, software, hardware, operating systems, and operating system configuration issues, are properly coordinated, monitored, tracked, and resolved.
  • Create documentation where documentation is absent.
  • Train and educate executives and executive administrators.
  • Administer Active Directory accounts.
  • Utilize remote user support tools to provide support.
  • Provide Microsoft applications support (Exchange/Outlook, Office, Visio, etc.).
  • Perform Windows 10, MAC OS troubleshooting.
  • Provide Service Desk escalations.
  • Perform physical hardware setup and tear down.
  • Image systems and deploy software through SCCM.
  • Support meetings in the Westminster auditorium.
  • Setup audio-visual equipment, such as Logitech, Crestron and Biamp products, as needed for events.
  • Provide rotational on-call support outside of business hours, including weekends.
  • Occasional travel to other Maxar offices or offsite events.
  • Professional written and interpersonal skills are essential when communicating with customers and clients.
  • Maintain a high level of customer-service in all situations.

Minimum Requirements:

  • U.S. Citizen
  • Associate degree or bachelor’s degree in computer science or closely related field.
  • 2-4 years’ experience in technical support role
    • Experience may be substituted for education.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting Windows 10, MAC OS, iOS, Android, Office 2016 and 0365 suite, Active Directory Administration, Citrix and Virtual PC environments or a combination of.
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Teams and Zoom meetings.
  • Strong multi-tasking and time-management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills; creating and presenting training, inner team, and cross team collaboration.
  • Can handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting an enterprise environment.
  • Experience supporting executive staff.
  • Willingness to get a Secret or Top-Secret Clearance, if not already cleared.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage several milestones and projects efficiently.
  • Experience installing and configuring computer systems and applications for a large company.
  • Experience with SharePoint. 
  • Experience with Visio. 
  • Experience with Logitech products
  • Completed Crestron Training Courses
  • Completed Biamp Training Courses
  • Completed Ross Video Systems Training Courses
  • CTS Certification

Our salary ranges are market-driven and set to allow for flexibility. Individual pay will be competitive based on a candidate’s unique set of knowledge, skills, and geographic diversity, with earnings potential commensurate with experience. The range for this position is:

$59,000.00 - $99,000.00 annually.
