About the Role

Are you looking to use your expert financial, analytical and leadership skills in an industry that supports and protects explorers and heroes? We could use your expertise on our team! As a Sr FP&A Manager you will lead, manage, and coordinate our business operations with specific focused responsibility on supporting financial review, affordability and performance. You'll lead financial planning and tracking and provide oversight into program budget preparation and cost controls. You will be the main responsible in business resource planning/tracking in coordination with other corporate entities. You will also provide key analytics and guidance on opportunities to improve business performance. And you will serve as the core liaison between the multiple teams and business operations to support and fulfill their financial responsibilities.

We provide strategic guidance across the organization, helping to find alignment and compliance between Sierra Space and the national security priorities of the U.S. government. Learn more about Sierra Space's Corporate team Must-haves: • A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics • Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education• Demonstrated experience of Profit and Loss statements • Proven leadership abilities inclusive of successful change management, mentoring, career development, training, succession planning, holding people accountable, and conducting yearly reviews• Ability to analyze and interpret financial data and prepare financial reports and/or projections Preferred: • Experience in management consulting, data analytics, finance, or other quantitative or analytical role in business, program or operations management• Strong business analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools• A strong background in DoD, government contracting and/or public auditing, policies, standards, and procedures• Advanced knowledge of labor rate compositionIMPORTANT NOTICE: To conform to U.S. Government international trade regulations, applicant must be a U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State or U.S. Department of Commerce.

Sierra Space offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position. 
 
We also offer a generous benefit package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, 401(k) with 150% match up to 8%, life insurance, 3 weeks paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and more.

Estimated Starting Salary Range:

$138,634.92 - $190,623.01
