Role: Customer Success Associate

Employment Type: Full-time

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience in SAAS and B2B.


Work Experience: Minimum 2-3 years experience working as a Customer Success in B2B.

Role Description:
This role is responsible for engaging with internal teams and external customers. This candidate will be able to quickly gain an understanding of the Pixxel Platform, Imagery, APIs, and internal applications. This is a customer-facing role in a very collaborative environment and therefore it requires strong interpersonal skills. You will build strong relationships with customers and engineering teams.


Responsibilities & Duties

  1. Customer Relationship Management: Own overall relationship with assigned clients, Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers. Which includes managing on-boarding, implementation, training, increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and high levels of customer satisfaction
  2. Product Adoption: Assisting customers in effectively implementing and adopting the product, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes and maximizing the value they derive from it.
  3. Technical Expertise: Demonstrating a deep understanding of the Pixxel products and its technical aspects, including all features including API,
  4. Product Feedback and Enhancement: Gathering customer feedback, analyzing trends, and providing valuable insights to the product development team to drive continuous improvement and enhance the product's features and functionality.
  5. Collaborate, problem solve, and/or strategize upcoming client meetings with team members
  6. Team player and passion for collaboration: this role will work with some of our most strategic growth customers so must align closely to Sales, Solutions Engineer, Tech Support, and the broader Pixxel ecosystem
  7. Maintain existing customer success metrics and data as required
  8. Provide support to customers over email, Live chat, WhatsApp, Phone call and video call as needed.

 

Desirable Skills & Certifications:

  1. 3-5 years experience working in a Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services or other similarly customer-centric role
  2. Experience with Zendesk, JIRA, or comparable ticketing systems
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate solutions to technical problems
  4. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent combination of technical education or work experience
  5. Comfortable working across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment
  6. Familiarity with satellite imagery, GIS applications(ESRI, QGIS), and remote sensing
