Job description

As a Data Analyst, you will manage, analyze, and interpret large sets of data to help the organizations make informed decisions. You will use data-oriented and visualization software to develop and implement techniques to transform raw data into meaningful information, Problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills focusing on data and data management. Core values include accuracy, consistency, simplicity, and faster turnaround.

 

Responsibilities

  • Create Excel/Monday.com data tracking capability
  • Provide accurate and expeditious data entry and reporting as needed
  • Data mining, modeling, and analysis using both structured and unstructured datasets
  • Interpreting raw data turning data into usable information
  • Compile, interpret and report data findings
  • Accurately enter data into business systems and tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Monday.com, and Power BI
  • Help to define database requirements
  • Monitor database performance and quickly resolve issues
  • Training and process development
  • Support planning and process development/improvement workshops

 

 

Required Qualifications

 

  • Strong in PowerPoint, Excel, and Monday.com Skills
  • Experience in data collection, cleansing, analysis, and reporting to derive actionable information
  • Basic understanding of Product Lifecycle Data Management
  • Understand of product build data requirements and structure (Material, Parts, and Assemblies)
  • Ability to solve complex data problems
  • Experience work with data, arrange it, clean it, and transform it into clear and concise reports
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to create and deliver meaningful presentation material that is both informative and engaging
  • Strong work ethics
  • Ability to develop desk-top work instructions and perform training
  • Possess a continuous improvement mindset
  • Familiar with Lean 6 Sigma methodologies

The annual U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $67,500.00–$97,950.00. The base pay actually offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, location, and experience and take into account internal equity. Other forms of pay (e.g., bonus or long term incentive) may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
