Job Description:

Telespazio is a joint venture between Leonardo (67%) and Thales (33%) and one of the world’s biggest suppliers of satellite solutions and services. Inside the M&A Area in Rome, we are looking for Strategic Initiatives and M&A Specialist .

Required Skills: 

• Degree in Business / Economics
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience in a high-profile consulting firm
• Excellent business modeling and planning, acquaintance with project financing and venture capital practices
• Excellent analytical skills, and a strong eye for capturing relevant details
• English proficiency
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong team player with good networking and leadership skills

Main Responsibilities: 

• Support the identification, evaluation and implementation of Merger and Acquisition (M&A) initiatives
• Support the identification, evaluation and implementation of investment opportunities linked to the business development initiatives and to the entry into new markets
• Support the Top Management in identifying and evaluating new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
• Support the identification, proposition and evaluation of investments linked to the Group’s innovation initiatives
• Support the definition and evaluation of the optimal business models of the Group new business opportunities and innovative products
• Produce reports to present to the Top Management the outputs of the strategic initiatives analysis
