Omitron, Inc. is looking for a Program Manager to join our team in our Colorado Springs, CO office. This person will lead the successful execution of a variety of projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on Program Management and is responsible for on-time, in-budget delivery of one or more Task Order/Delivery Orders (TOs/DOs) and cyber-secure solutions that involve tasks and scope from MBSE, development, verification, integration, and deployment to test and production environments. 
  • Plan, organize, direct, coordinate, execute, control, approve, document, and report on all assigned actions necessary to provide integrated management of the requirements across all TOs and DOs at a level that maximizes effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Manage resource/personnel, subcontracts, budget, invoices, project plans, finance, schedule (IMS) and status reports, CDRLs, and provide day-to-day management of the team.
  • Grow the relationship with the Government and customer and be the primary contact for the key stakeholders. 
  • Effectively develop, modify, and apply internal processes and standards based upon best practices and Government direction, and enforce processes and standards.
  • Leverage Program Management knowledge and experience to identify potential risks and mitigation approaches to keep the program on track.
  • Manage program delivery timeline, ensuring on-time delivery of agreed-upon deliverables and milestones.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Security Clearance Required: Top Secret with SCI eligibility
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 5 or more years of experience in project management
  • PMP Certification or equivalent desired but not required
  • Excellent written and verbal communications
  • Advanced skillset in time management and task prioritization
  • Passion for managing teams and driving results
  • Ability to multitask and identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Be a self-starter with excellent time-management and problem-solving abilities

Compensation and Benefits:
The salary range for this role is $180,000 to $210,000, depending on relevant experience, location, and other factors.
