What awaits you at Mynaric

• You manage and support the handover of mechanical, electrical and optomechanical test setups for high-tech airborne and space products.
• You are responsible for maintaining and improving the setups within the context of production improvement and throughput.
• You write and iterate test instructions on how to perform the tests in our Manufacturing Execution System.
• You will work on and support NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) regarding tests.
• You are in close contact with Design Engineers to optimize the process and hardware.
• Your goal is a clear and understandable structure and standardization.
• You define cycle times of test processes as well as the tools used.
• You are the interface between the production technicians and Design Engineers in aspect of technical questions and training for test related topics.

What you bring with you

• Successfully completed your Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, preferably production related, or you have several years of experience from a technical profession.
• Experienced with cross departmental communication and project management.
• Initial experience in the creation of technical work instructions and the associated documentation.
• Experienced in designing mechanical parts in CAD software.
• Sensitivity to put complex processes into clear structures and to document them in a comprehensible way.
• You bring your creativity and experience to an innovative high-tech company.
• Independent and organized work style with commitment and results-oriented initiative.
• Clear communication and hands-on mentality are qualities that describe you. 
• You are an absolute team player and are interested in helping to shape the upcoming era of laser communication.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English.
