Your Mission

Attention rocket science enthusiasts! Join Isar Aerospace as part of the Application Software team, responsible for developing ground system software that powers our rocket testing and launch!

More specifically, you will:

  • Help to implement and maintain automation to our software development processes
  • Help to refine our quality processes by improving the observability of our software logs and behavior
  • Maintain and improve our software testing
  • Participate and take responsibility for software projects that are fundamental for our operations
  • Author and maintain technical and user documentation

Who you are and what you have

  • Experience with at least one high-level programming language (e.g., C#, Python, Java)
  • Basic understanding of object-oriented programming and software architecture
  • Basic knowledge of databases, including SQL
  • Basic understanding of software testing frameworks
  • High attention to detail
  • Dedication to delivering high-quality work

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in software testing (integration, functional, or unit tests)
  • Basic understanding of Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior Driven Development (BDD)
  • Experience with Power Platform, specifically Power Automate, Power BI, and Data Fabrics
  • Experience Version Control Systems, like Git or SVN
  • Experience with CI/CD, preferably in GitLab
