About The Position

We are seeking a Project Coordinator position directly supporting our long-term client relationship with NASA’s (HSFTIC) contract, onsite at Johnson Space Center (Houston, TX). You would work with teams and projects directly at NASA as an Intuitive Machines employee. 

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide excellent communication and coordination capabilities with internal and external stakeholders.
  2. Provide event planning support to include on-site and off-site technically oriented meetings, programmatic reviews, and other major meetings. Support to include scheduling, logistics, setup, agenda, integration of presentation materials, minutes, and real-time meeting support.
  3. Assist in development and maintenance of organization’s websites and collaboration tools such as SharePoint, maintain permissions, and proper curation of organization data.
  4. Coordinate requests for data access including submitting requests for approval and tracking required training to access data.
  5. Support team activities including technical team communications, distribution of documents and information to appropriate audiences, and tracking actions and issues through closure.
  6. Manage contract deliverables and associated schedule while applying best practices to ensure:
  1. Established data standards are met to enhance data quality, data accessibility and data integration.
  2. Proper generation, transmittal, receipt, distribution, storage and records retention of contract deliverables.
  3. Restricted data requirements for the Program are understood and proprietary and sensitive data is marked and appropriately controlled.
  1. Provide innovative thinking, identify process improvement, propose solutions along with plans for implementation.
  2. Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree from an accredited college or university, or five (5) years or experience.

-OR-

  • BA/BS Degree from an accredited college or university, or five (5) years of experience.
  • Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be proficient in minutes taking and be able to communicate clearly and concisely to Management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, & Outlook) and SharePoint.
  • Strong organization skills, attention to detail and excellent follow-through skills.
  • Demonstrated experience prioritizing multiple tasks with tight deadlines while coordinating with an internal and external network of affiliated/impacted contractors and civil servants.
  • Strong problem-solving skills including the ability to quickly resolve technical mishaps or unforeseen events in meetings to minimize meeting down time and stress.
  • Must be customer focused and can articulate and patiently instruct others (peers, managers, teammates, and customers) in relevant team processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to coherently compose and respond to email communication; creation and editing of instruction documents when needed.
  • Experience working individually and actively participating on integrated teams.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in SharePoint.
  • Ability to utilize meeting tools such as TEAMS, WebEx, etc.
  • Experience with leading a project or event, or experience with self-starting or self-leading (in professional career) is a plus.
  • Experience in document management and control
