This Project Engineering role will help enhance the employee experience on the Mk7 program. This role is broken into 3 main parts:

• Short term project execution and support of the Mk7 program at the 2 main sites; Valley Forge and Denver

• Staffing enhancements for Mk7 including the employee onboarding experience, improvement of the work experience from the employee perspective, generation of and implementation of staff improvement activities, individual assignment tracking

• Liaison to working groups for the Mk7 program

• 2+ years of professional experience for this role.

• Willing and able to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret clearance, thus you are a US Citizen.

Basic Qualifications:
• Project and resource management experience,

• Demonstrated experience managing costs and scheduling.

• Must be a US Citizen and be willing and able to obtain and maintain a US DoD Top Secret clearance
Desired Skills:
• Ability to work with team members to identify and recognize outstanding individual and team performance

• Ability to develop, monitor, and control employee reward mechanisms, employee resource groups and team morale events.

• Ability to plan, control, integrate, and drive projects.

• Project and resource management experience

• Experience leading / integrating solutions for geographically dispersed teams

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with teammates, IPT Leads, Program Management Team, as well as internal customers

• Ability to accept responsibility, accountability and authority to ensure cost, schedule, and technical success

• Strong problem solving, root cause, corrective action, and closure skills

• Ability to lead discussions and determine solutions to problems

• Experience supporting internal and external customer audits

• Desire to enhance program management skills

• Active DoD security clearance

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
