Job Overview & Responsibilities
- Works with the Decatur facility group to provide engineering support for facility projects and maintenance support including Pueblo, CO facility.
- Works closely with contractors and maintenance to support rocket manufacturing and plant services.
- Support of facility projects including potential projects at other manufacturing sites.
- Position will require around 20% travel.
Required Education
Bachelor
Required Years of Experience
Minimum of 2 years of related work experience
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering degree or related technical field.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Self-starter with strong multi-tasking skills.
- AutoCAD experience, preferably including 3D modeling Revit.
- Highly proficient in MS Office Applications.
- Experience in a manufacturing engineering support role.
- Experience with pump design, plumbing design, mechanical design, and/or mechanical troubleshooting.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 years Facilities Management Experience.
- 2 years Aerospace Manufacturing Experience.
- Experience with maintenance work order management systems, preferably EAM 7I.
- Experience with Navisworks.
- Project management experience.
- Understanding of facility codes and requirements.
