Description:A Material Handler, or Warehouse Associate, handles, moves and stores various non-hazardous and hazardous materials within a warehouse. Their main duties include loading and unloading different transport items, recording inventory statuses and making sure deliveries properly match purchase orders. Operating forklifts and box trucks to make deliveries on Valley Forge campus. Moving customer's computers and furniture on a daily basis. Refabricating office panels for cost savings.
Basic Qualifications:
• 6 months - 1 year of warehouse, inventory control, or material handling experience

• Experience with an automated work order/inventory control system

• US citizenship and ability to obtain TS/SCI security clearance

• Valid driver’s license

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds

• Exceptional customer service skills
Desired Skills:
• Active TS/SCI clearance

• Prior experience with work order/inventory tool

• Forklift certified

• Driving box truck

• Effective communication

• Good decision-making skills

• Self-starter who demonstrates initiative

• Forward thinking problem solver
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
