This position will work with and support Redwire’s current ERP implementation that will ultimately be used for finance, supply chain, manufacturing and quality management processes across all business units. Initially the role will focus on establishing the master data management processes that are required within the ERP ecosystem and beyond, the emerging business intelligence applications, dashboards and desired executive level reporting applications. The role requires interaction with all levels of Redwire’s functional teams, various IT teams and business stakeholders to improve, optimize and maintain the integrity and evolution of information management processes.
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Exhibit leadership from the Information Technology organization for the evolution of Decision Support processes and applications.
- Participate / lead the analysis, design, development, testing and implementation of decision support applications across all functional areas and business units.
- Responsible for the design, management and evolution of data governance (policies and management) in conjunction with the ERP implementation and working closely with the Data Governance Manager to implement enterprise policies and supporting the ongoing evolution of enterprise applications.
- Promote and follow solution development life-cycle methodologies (SDLC) and change management best practices in the development and implementation of technical solutions.
- Frequently liaise and build a network of business stakeholders, subject matter experts and end users to understand needs, identify requirements and prioritize actions.
- Work with (and direct) chosen implementation partners and technology providers.
- Develop and maintain the strategic roadmap for decision support application solutions.
- Responsible for providing high-level ongoing support and maintenance of deployed decision support solutions.
- Adherence to policies and procedures for change control, in compliance with IT and company standards.
- Provide support as needed for IT financial budgeting and reporting.
- Work with other IT process areas (e.g. financial, Supply Chain, IT Operations, Cybersecurity, etc.) to ensure effective and integrated solutions are developed.
- Work with the CIO Group Compliance Team and Redwire Internal Audit to ensure all controls, including IT controls and SOX controls are implemented and supported.
- Provide status updates to CIO Group, program leadership and senior business stakeholders as needed.
Ideal Skills
- Experience working in a team to deliver enterprise-wide business solutions.
- Experience with solution development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
- Knowledge of master data management and business intelligence
- Experience developing and executing project plans.
- Demonstrable competency with cross functional application processes and technology.
