Job description

The Supply Chain Business Analyst provides custodial data support for all enterprise systems of records. Armed with a game plan from planning team and the understanding that organized knowledge is power, the E.D.I.A. ensures that all of the digital stake holder requirements are met in order to maximize the potential of Virgin Galactic’s Enterprise Systems. Whether it is supporting existing processes or identifying areas where improvement is needed; you are the truth keeper for our known sources of truth

 

  • Highly organized and detailed oriented
  • Able to organize information into groups or patterns
  • Access ORACLE and conduct transactions to support system integrity for Item masters, BOM’s, supplier masters.
  • Access 3DX and conduct transactions to support system integrity for Drawing files, enterprise links
  • Review system generated reports for data inconsistencies
  • Work with IT to create data loaders / mass update tools to automate your work
  • Work with the quality team to synchronize approved supplier listings and requirements with supplier masters
  • Organize engineering and supply chain data in cross functional platforms ensuring the highest level of quality
  • Collecting, processing, validating, and storing data
  • Integrating different types of data from disparate sources, including structured and unstructured data

  • Ideal candidates:
    • Experience working in an Oracle ERP environment
    • Supply Chain Degree
    • APICS certification
    • Experience with 3DX model based PLM

The annual U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $67,500.00–$97,950.00. The base pay actually offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, location, and experience and take into account internal equity. Other forms of pay (e.g., bonus or long term incentive) may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
