Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a candidate for the Sentinel Proposal Operation Team within the Program Execution & Operations (PEO) integrated product team (IPT). This team oversees and manages the operational aspects of the Sentinel programmatic proposals, engineering change proposals, requests for information, & rough order of magnitudes. This position is located in Roy, UT and supports the Sentinel program.

This positions standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.

The selected candidate will:
•             Facilitate the operational progression of RFP/RFI/ROM/ECP responses to the program customer
•             Coordinate across many stakeholders to organize progression of the proposal through the process and ensure quality of the final deliverable
•             Act as a liaison to ensure high quality submittals and adherence to relative program toolsets and processes. 
•             Support in representing items with all levels of management including Program Leadership and Customer Reviews. 
•             Review and present status of projects and budgets; manage schedules and prepare status reports. 
•             Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. 
•             Develop mechanisms for managing and monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, IPTs, and functional management.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree plus 10 years of experience or Masters plus 8 years of relevant experience in Program Management, Project Management, Business Management, Estimating, or Industrial Engineering or 4 additional years in lieu of a degree
• Experience supporting DOD Programs
• Experience presenting to upper-level management
• Proficient on MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Must be able to obtain DOD secret clearance

US Citizenship, with the ability to obtain Special Program Access (SAP)

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience writing proposals
• Experience developing Basis of Estimates (BOE)
• Experience public speaking to large audiences

Salary Range: $95,000.00 - $142,400.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
