Job description
What You’ll Do:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Director of Sales Operations to lead and optimize our Revenue and GTM operations. The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader with a proven track record in complex sales organizations, driving process improvements, and enabling a high-performing sales team. This role is critical in supporting our sales organization to achieve its goals and drive revenue growth.
Position Responsibilities:
Leadership and Strategy:
- Develop and execute the sales operations strategy aligned with overall business and corporate objectives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define and track sales targets, quotas, and performance metrics.
- Coordinate communications and share information with our sales force and cross-functional organizations
- Help lead and initiate change throughout the organization and enable implementation of high impact projects requires coordination with various stakeholders within and without the team
Sales Process Optimization:
- Drive operational efficiencies and cross-teams support and continue to enhance transparency on sales performance and progress.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in CRM and other sales systems.
Performance Management:
- Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, and territory planning.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales performance.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to sales leadership based on data analysis.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Partner with marketing, finance, and product teams to align sales strategies and initiatives.
- Drive collaboration between sales and other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.
Training and Development:
- Work with management and cross functional teams to support global sales training needs and training programs
- Take responsibility for sales training materials, working with externals partners and outside lecturers
- Support the onboarding process for new sales hires, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to succeed.
Pre-Requisites
- Must be eligible to obtain or maintain U.S. Government clearances
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in sales or sales operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Preferred Skills
- Proven track record of driving sales performance and process improvements
- Strong analytical skills, market driven and results orientated
- Excellent communications skills, being able to build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Deep understanding of sales excellence, with experience of creating material to enable teams / team members to achieve targets

Compensation Details
- Base Range $175,000 - $270,000
