To support our departments in managing their technical data for the development and industrialization of our products, we are implementing a PLM (Product LifeCycle Management) tool. The main mission of this internship is to handle the migration of existing 2D/3D CAD data (NX Siemens) and our Office file folders to our PLM (TeamCenter Siemens).

Responsibilities

Tasks and missions

You will actively participate in the migration strategy and contribute your ideas on the best methodology to achieve it. You will directly interface with key data owners and work under the supervision of Latitude's PLM project manager, who will be your mentor. You will have access to the necessary IT resources and PLM import tools.

But wait, there is more! You will conduct workshops, presentation meetings, and progress meetings within the company. You will also be responsible for drafting documentation such as flowcharts, processes, procedures, and methodologies.

Preferred experience and skills

• Strong proficiency in Excel and Excel VB (or equivalent) for task automation.

• Familiarity with CSV and XML file formats for data import/export.

• In-depth knowledge of database management, including creation, manipulation, and optimization of databases.

• Understanding of relational database principles and SQL query languages.

• Good interpersonal skills, strong communication, proactivity, and rigor.

You are currently pursuing a diploma / training in IT with a focus on Software Solutions and Business Applications and database management or an equivalent degree. You are seeking a practical internship of 4 to 6 months in an industrial company to apply your technical skills.
