We are looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to join our team. The position is primarily responsible for the complete customer revenue cycle of our Remote Sensing business unit, which includes planning, forecasting and pricing analysis. In addition, this position will be responsible for the customer billing cycle. Other duties may be assigned.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Own customer revenue end to end including planning, forecasting, billing, recognition and collection
  • Tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives
  • Customer and contract level pricing and cost analysis
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning of business unit
  • Manage CRM workflow
  • Create and present financial reports and analysis from CRM tools
  • Support month end accounting close and analysis
  • Alert Umbra management in a timely fashion of any issues, constraints, challenges, and/or scheduling conflicts that may arise in completing the assigned task(s).

 

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of financial planning experience
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in economics, accounting, finance or a related field
  • Experience with accounting software
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

 

Desired Qualifications

  • ERP or CRM experience a plus
  • Data-as-a-service business model experience a plus
  • CPA or CFA a plus
