We're looking for a talented and experienced Enterprise Service Lead to join our dynamic Enterprise AI team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our AI coding assistant service.

Position Overview:

As the Enterprise Application Service Lead for our AI coding assistant tool, you will lead the seamless integration and optimal performance of our solution across diverse enterprise environments. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements, develop customized deployment strategies, provide technical guidance, and deliver exceptional support to maximize customer satisfaction and business value of a service.

This position can be filled as a Level 3 or Level 4, depending on the candidate's education and experience. This role can be performed as a virtual telecommuter.

Responsibilities Include:

Lead the implementation and configuration of our AI coding assistant tool within enterprise environments, ensuring compatibility, scalability, and security.

Collaborate with sales and account management teams to understand user needs and develop tailored deployment plans.

Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise users and vendors, providing expert technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

Conduct thorough assessments of user infrastructures, identifying potential challenges and opportunities for optimization.

Develop comprehensive documentation, training materials, and best practices to support successful deployment and maximize business value from usage of the AI coding assistant tool.

Maintain a community Teams page to foster community involvement and adoption, as well as answer frequently asked questions

Support and lead user groups and demos centered around the tool.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends in AI and software engineering tools, including emerging technologies and gathering user feedback to continuously enhance product offerings and service delivery.

Envision and plan evolution of services to utilize AI to benefit software engineering work. Research and test new tools, influence vendor roadmaps, arrange demos, coordinate internal stakeholder interests and initiatives.  

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in enterprise application deployment, service delivery, and technical support.

  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies and programming languages, including experience doing software development in an IDE.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs and concerns.

  • Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with DevOps practices.

  • Passion for improving the software engineer experience and toolsets.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1-2 years in full-time software development work

  • Knowledge and proficiency of the Codeium tool.

  • Demonstrated ability to provide leadership in a complex, technical environment.

  • Understanding of software developer needs across diverse environments in a large aerospace and defense company

  • Experience deploying COTS tools in classified environments

Salary Range: $118,000.00 - $177,000.00Salary Range 2: $146,300.00 - $219,500.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
