Position Description:

The ideal candidate is a technical expert who will support the development, launch and sustainment of every product in the relevant portfolio.

Responsibilities: 

• Coordinate engineering design teams in development of products in the relevant portfolio and provide technical leadership.
• Mentor a product team and nurture a customer-driven product culture.
• Assist with developing a vision and set the strategic direction of the product which aligns with customer needs, business growth, and overall technology strategy.
• Work cross-functionally with Business Development, Engineering and Operations teams.
• Define and maintain product requirements and roadmaps.
• Drive scalable processes and innovation around the product development cycle.
• Collaborate across teams to communicate product strategies with internal stakeholders and adjust priorities according to feedback.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline
• Solid technical understanding of at least one of the core product areas (Payload Computing, RF communications and Imager/Star Trackers).
• 10+ years of experience working in product leadership roles in one of the relevant technology areas.
• Drive to create groundbreaking products as part of a high performing team.
• Ability to effectively lead and motivate teams across a variety of functional roles.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Experience leading deeply technical product development.
• Proven track record of clear communications with C-suite stakeholders and across cross-functional teams.

Salary Range: $175,000 - $225,000
