Job Overview & Responsibilities

The basic job overview encompasses Multicraft Maintenance which includes work typically done by a MillWright, Electrician, Pipe Fitter, Instrumentation Technician, Welder, PLC Mechanic and Programmer, HVAC Technician, Machinist, Electronics Technician and Mechanic.

  • Perform reactive and preventative maintenance.
  • PM/Requal on CNC and robotic machines and correct geometry.
  • Change, add or write logic to various machine control software.

Required Education High School/GED

Required Years of Experience Minimum of 4 years of related work experience

Basic Qualifications

  • Must have experience in all three disciplines: Electrical, Mechanical, and Controls
  • Proficient in industrial electrician work.
  • Must pass a multicraft maintenance test.
  • Ability to lift 35lbs.
  • Ability to become certified in the following: NFPA 70E (Arc Flash,) First Aid/CPR/AED operations, Bloodborne Pathogens, Advanced Rigging, Crane Operations, Respirator user
  • Must be able to read, comprehend and interpret blueprints, detailed work instructions, technical manuals, graphic instructions, wiring diagrams, ladder logic and schematics.
  • Must be comfortable working 4x10 Monday - Thursday 3rd shift. Training will take place on 1st shift.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in PLC Program creation, changes and modification to production equipment.
  • Be able to install, test and adjust electrical and electronic components including VFD’s and motor starter circuits, relays, sensors, AC and DC motors, drivers, servo systems and pneumatic systems.
  • Be able to use Renishaw laser equipment and laser trackers to correct CNC geometry.
