Infrastructure, Service and Safety Manager (m/f/x)

Join us as Infrastructure, Service and Safety Manager (m/f/x) and work with us on changing the future!

• You plan and assist with the installation and commissioning of production equipment and associated services – including liaison with sub-contractors, vendor service engineers, and other suppliers
• Support the function of the Facility Manager in the efficient operation of the Manufacturing Hall especially when related to installation and service of large capital equipment
• Establish a preventative maintenance plan for all manufacturing related equipment
• Establish a calibration plan for all metrology and measurement equipment
• Establish a service, maintenance, and calibration documentation process
• As required provide operational technical support to colleagues and communicate with staff at all levels
• Attend all required equipment training courses and meetings as required by Mynaric
• Set a good example to colleagues by observing and obeying all company rules and regulations, complying with all site regulations, and safeguarding Company property
• Observe and adhere to company health & safety guidelines and contribute to a healthy and safe working environment

• Successful qualification as master craftsman, technician, or engineer, ideally with an additional qualification as a specialist in occupational safety
• Several years of experience in the areas of health protection/occupational safety/environmental protection, Service and Maintenance
• A high degree of initiative and commitment as well as a pronounced marked sense of responsibility
• Structured, independent, and conscientious way of working as well as good planning and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills and decisiveness
• High level of social skills and ability to work in a team
• Good knowledge of spoken and written German and English and good knowledge of MS Office
• Independent and organized work style with commitment and results-oriented initiative.
• Clear communication, teamwork and hands-on mentality are qualities that describe you.
• Good knowledge of the German and English language.
