a.i. solutions is looking for a highly motivated individual with a passion of delivering exceptional customer experiences to join our Expendable Launch Vehicle Integrated Support (ELVIS3) contract supporting the NASA Gateway Deep Space Logistics (DSL) Program. The candidate will support the DSL Element Architecture Department as well as Engineering to provide engineering technical integration and Engineering Review Board (ERB) services for our NASA customer at the Kennedy Space Center. 

Essential Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage ERB agenda item tracking number assignments.
  • Maintain electronic records of ERB presentations, action closures and recommendations.
  • Organize ERB meeting logistics including reserving conference facilities and scheduling teleconferences as required.
  • Record, organize, and track ERB actions and recommendations.
  • Coordinate with and provide ERB data to other Board Secretariats as required.
  • Organize and maintain engineering insight and issues log.
  • Organize and maintain engineering technical document library.
  • Conduct research within the ERB database, using Government specified criteria, and create reports.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associate’s Degree in a related technical field.
  • At least 6 years of experience in the aerospace launch vehicle or spacecraft industry -- NASA experience is a plus.
  • Strong degree of engineering and technical comprehension.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required.

Desired Skills: 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong understanding and experience with Microsoft Teams & WebEx.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint.
  • Familiarity with Engineering Review Board Information System (ERBIS).
  • Significant experience in scheduling and coordinating official meetings.
  • Exceptional teamwork skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Well-organized and detail oriented.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
