Job Description: 

Intuitive Machines is leading the charge to cislunar space with our Nova fleet of landers and Khonstellation spacecraft.  Our Ground Software team is looking for a skilled Front End Developer to join the team in support of incredible work. Responsibilities:

• Design the look-and-feel of operational ground displays for command and telemetry of the Nova spacecraft
• Collaborate with flight software and simulation developers to ensure that appropriate content, and efficient functionality is melded into the UI design
• Implement UI displays, integrating with webservice-based API middleware
• Coordinate updates and upgrades to displays in accordance with flight software and simulation releases
• Support end user operations and test events

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any other related field.

• Recent experience with front-develop including:
  • HTML
  • CSS
  • JavaScript or TypeScript, using React, Vue.JS or similar
  • Python
• Experience integrating with REST APIs
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Capable of both high quantity and high quality output
• Ability to work in a fast paced, hard charging, and high stakes environment
• A passion for spaceflight

Highly Desired:

• Experience or formal training with UX design
• Experience with WebSockets
• Experience with SQL
• Experience with No SQL
• Experience with back-end .NET or Java development
• Experience with Windows and POSIX-based operating systems
• Experience with Docker-based containerization
• Experience in an agile / scrum development environment
• Experience in Gitflow coordinated configuration management schemes
