Position Responsibilities:

  • Solicits headcount projections and business plans for forecasting Company space and facility requirements

  • Develops multiple complex scopes, schedules, and budgets, and provides status reviews

  • Establishes key milestones and identifies potential opportunities, risks, and issues

  • Develops proposals for stakeholders and facilitates approval of implementation plans

  • Coordinates, maintains, and updates use and occupancy tracking system to identify cost and space allocation to tenants

  • Compiles and analyzes data for business initiatives and team activities

  • Leads site studies and analyzes business scenarios and strategies to develop proposals and plans

  • Performs regional integration and site analysis, evaluating site capabilities, manufacturing processes, and technology forecasts

  • Interacts with internal organizations and senior-level management to assess impact on the business operating plan

  • Creates short-range facilities plans, working with stakeholders to assess resources and create the best value for the customer and the Company

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required.  “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.                                                                                                                                       

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience in a role that involves strategic planning and risk identification

  • 3+ years of experience building & presenting plans or recommendations to executive leadership

  • Experience with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

  • 3+ years of experience in facilities space planning or equipment services operations

  • 3+ years of experience with project management and standard project management tools

  • 1+ year of experience using AutoCAD or similar CAD program

  • 1+ year of experience developing strategic long-range business plans

Typical Education/Experience: 

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

Relocation:

Summary pay range: $85,000 – $110,000
