This Customer & Product Support position based at our offices in either Amsterdam, Netherlands or Dublin, Ireland, is part of a successful team that provides technical support and consultancy for Contract and Asset Management (CMS/AMS).

This position offers a hybrid/flexible work arrangement.

As a customer and product representative, you’ll work directly with our customers over email, phone, videoconferencing, or in person if required

Position Responsibilities:

Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers problems and concerns
Analyze and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)
Engage and support current team members
Defining customer requirements for product development
Coordinates and acts as liaison between client and internal departments ensuring clients' needs are met.
Conducting regression testing ahead of software releases - Inform customers about new features and functionalities
Maintain aviation/industry knowledge and experience
Ability to communicate effectively and feeling comfortable leading customer meetings
Providing instructions to help customers resolve their issues.
Providing and driving solutions to problems that are commonly experienced by users and, under request, being able to provide feedback to improve the team’s processes and procedures
Interacting frequently with internal personnel and external customers
Supporting implementation of new customers

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Fluency in English language

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Knowledge and experience in the IT industry
Ability to communicate effectively with strong presentation skills
Comfortable with excel and calculation
Familiarity with aviation/leasing industry

Relocation:

This position does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense. This requisition is for an international, locally hired position. Pay will be determined at the local level. Successful candidates must have legal authorization to work in The Netherlands for continued employment.
