Position Description:

The Company is seeking a proactive and driven Senior Manager of Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to support the Vice President of Finance in building the strategic Finance practice and influencing value creation across the Enterprise.  The Senior Manager will be responsible for preparing and consolidating all financial results and analysis, managing the forecasting process and playing a leading role in guiding our Enterprise Finance practices. The Senior Manager will be a key partner to Corporate leaders and will advise executive leadership on important financial decisions.  The ideal candidate will leverage past experiences in FP&A and/or Strategic Finance at high-growth companies (ranging from early stage to IPO and/or public companies) to build and evolve models, tools, processes, and business partnership to plan a clear financial path as Voyager continues to grow.

 


Responsibilities: 

  • Lead Corporate FP&A activities including consolidated monthly reporting and analysis, quarterly forecast, and annual budget.
  • Define and influence key business metrics, analyze business trends and drive opportunities to improve financial performance across the Enterprise.
  • Provide support on strategic plans, benchmarking, corporate level models to influence value creation and investment frameworks and analysis
  • Build strong relationships and collaborate with Corporate and Segment leaders to drive regular business reviews, long-range financial planning processes, reporting and analytics
  • Elevate and scale Corporate Finance processes via strong communication and partnership with the broader Finance team and Accounting with the goal to refine process cadence and leverage systems to forecast and report financial performance and cash flows.
  • Prepare analysis, commentary, and presentation material for executive level review meetings.
  • Ad-hoc projects and analysis for executive or senior management team members

 

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 7+ years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, investment banking, VC/PE or related fields.
  • A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field required
  • Excellent Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) skills are required
  • Strong financial modeling skills with the ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations
  • Experience developing financial statements (Balance sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow), business case analysis as well as a general understanding of GAAP and internal controls.
  • Experience with ERP Systems, such as NetSuite or CostPoint.
  • Travel expectation is 5%, primarily to subsidiary offices in the United States

 

Preferences:

  • Advanced degree (MBA, MS in Accounting) or certification (CPA, CMA, CFA) is preferred
  • Strong industry knowledge is a plus
  • Additional system skills are a strong plus including Vena Solution and Data Visualization & Analysis (PowerBi).

 

Salary Range: $120,000 - $160,000 per year
