IT Endpoint Administrator

We are seeking a talented, experienced IT Endpoint Administrator to help define the future of lunar surface mobility in a fast-paced startup environment. 

 

 Key Responsibilities: 

• Utilizing best practices for IT MDM development, design, implementation, administration, and support
• Effectively communicating technical concepts to non-technical users
• Develop, manage, and maintain MDM solutions like Intune and Jamf 
• Manage BYOD MDM solutions for employee devices
• Build, deploy, and update software packages and scripts for endpoints and servers
• Proficiency with managing Office 365, including Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID and Exchange Online
• Prioritizing work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Flexibility to work after normal business hours and on weekends as needed

 

Required Qualifications: 

• Bash/Python scripting skills 
• Experience with PowerShell scripting  
• Familiarity with CIS or NIST Frameworks 
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or relevant field   
• 4+ years of experience, with at least 1 year directly in MDM Administration 
• Self-motivated, focused, and driven to meet critical deadlines 
• Excellent organization and time management skills 
• Excellent written and oral communication skills 

• Strong analytical and business writing skills 
• Excellent at troubleshooting and problem solving 
• U.S. Person  

 

 Preferred Qualifications: 

• Jamf 300 or better Certification  
• Experience working with Federal Security Compliance 
• Microsoft MD-102 Certification 
• Experience with Administration or Support of: 
  • Multi-Site Networks 
  • Windows Servers 
  • Linux Servers 
  • Vmware/Esxi 
  • Multi-Tenant Office365 
  • Okta 
  • Kubernetes 
  • Active Directory Hybrid Environments
