Interns will work closely on projects with our business units. The internship is 6 months and begins in either May or June.

As part of our small, passionate team, you will utilize your technical undergraduate background and current graduate experience to conduct a project that will focus on unique research in operations, data analytics, product development, and manufacturing.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Conduct data analysis on Additive Manufacturing processes to help validate material properties of tested printed samples and use advanced data modelling to identify correlations between these large data sets.
  • Apply machine learning methods for manufacturing operations to improve processes.
  • Design and apply improvements to manufacturing operations by implementing CONWIP (CONstant Work in Progress) and developing a CONWIP simulation that is correlated to current manufacturing data.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
  • Currently enrolled in a dual MS/MBA graduate program and have at least one semester or quarter of school remaining after the internship.
  • Strong quantitative skill set and attention to detail.
  • Strong ability to structure and apply analytical frameworks to solve problems.
  • Aptitude for teamwork with shown potential for leadership.
  • Strong written communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Available to work full time for the duration of your internship while not concurrently enrolled in coursework.

Paid Time Off:  Up to four (4) weeks per year based on weekly scheduled hours, and up to 14 company-paid holidays.
