Intuitive Machines is searching for a Requirements Team Lead to join our Federal Servcies division supporting NASA Johnson Space Center’s contract HSFTIC. As a Requirements Team Lead, your primary role is to lead a team managing the Generic Groundrules, Requirements, and Constraints (GGR&C) for the ISS Program. You will work with stakeholders to champion changes to the GGR&Cs from cradle to grave as well as to guide the ISS Program through risk acceptance when violations occur. This team interfaces with every part of the ISS Program and plays an integral role in ensuring the ISS continues to operate safely.

The Requirements Team Lead will:

• Establish working relationships with NASA/HSFTIC leads, requirement owners, and International Partners (IPs) to enable coordination of Generic Groundrules, Requirements, and Constraints (GGR&C) changes and violations.

• Develop and maintain a familiarity with the International Space Station (ISS) GGR&Cs.

• Manage the priorities and work of the GGR&C team.

• Maintain and improve NASA's GGR&C related processes.

• Develop and update team processes and training materials.

• Present regular statuses and technical presentations to HSFTIC, NASA, and ISS boards/panels.

• Travel may be required on a periodic basis to support program reviews and technical interchange meetings (TIMs).

• Perform other duties as required.

Required Education/Experience/Skills:

• BS degree in Engineering, Math, or Science from an accredited Engineering school, college or university, plus five (5) years of relevant experience.

- OR -

• BS degree in Engineering, Math, or Science from an accredited Engineering school, college or university, plus ten (10) years of relevant experience.
