  • Measure the success of training programs, ensuring they make a difference.

who you are and what you have 

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program related to HR, Business Administration, or a field that fuels your interest in people and development (think Pedagogy, Intercultural Communication!).
  • A "learn-it-all" attitude: You're eager to soak up knowledge and contribute fresh perspectives to our team.
  • Problem-solving pro: You tackle challenges head-on with a positive "can-do" spirit and a hands-on approach.
  • Master communicator: Research, communication, and organization are your superpowers (and you use them for good!).
  • People person: You have a genuine interest in people and a desire to help them learn and grow.
  • Detail detective: Accuracy is your middle name.
  • Bilingual bonus: You're fluent in German and English, a must for our team!
