Responsibilities: As a Production Process Engineer , you’ll play a key role in optimizing our Surface Mount Technology (SMT) assembly manufacturing line. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

Defining and Implementing SMT Processes:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish efficient SMT processes.
  • Ensure seamless integration of electronic components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs).

Developing and Optimizing SMT Equipment:

  • Innovate and enhance SMT equipment and tools for maximum efficiency.
  • Stay updated on industry advancements and implement best practices.

Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving:

  • Diagnose and resolve SMT process issues promptly.
  • Keep production lines running smoothly.
  • Understand technical problems and global problems about the entire process

Lead weekly meetings:

  • Manage Performance KPI of SMT line
  • Follow up actions with other department

Process Documentation:

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for SMT processes.
  • Enable knowledge sharing across the team.

Training and Quality Assurance:

  • Train SMT operators and technicians on best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with rigorous quality standards.
