PCB/CCA Designer for Analog and Digital Electronics - 100% (m/f/d)

You will enjoy having this responsibility:

Design printed circuit boards, establish schematics and layout of circuit card assembly. Design and verify by review, analysis and test the conceptual and detailed development of electronics boards for space application and for electrical ground support equipment.

Your mission

• Development of circuit card assembly (CCA) and printed circuit board (PCB) according to industry standards (ECSS, MIL, IPC)

• Specification break down from system level

• Conceptual design including trade-offs

• Verification of electrical circuits by review, analysis and simulation

• Electronics board commissioning and testing

• Support of assembly, integration and test activities

• Establish technical documentation like design descriptions, analysis (worst-case, parts stress) and test reports

• Establish and maintain design configuration

• Release of manufacturing files including drawings, procedures and EEE parts lists

• Participation in internal and external design reviews

• Interdisciplinary collaboration with i.a. system, mechanical and thermal engineering

We look forward to that

• Technical education (university degree) in electrical engineering or similar

• Theoretical and practical experience in the development of electronics hardware

• eProven experience in schematics entry and PCB layout (knowledge of Siemens EDA Xpedition is an advantage)

• Knowledge of Monte-carlo/circuit simulation tools (OrCAD PSpice)

• Experience with signal and power integrity simulation and EMC aspects is an advantage

• Experience with radiation mitigation techniques in electronics design is an advantage
