Job description

Your Mission:

Play a pivotal role in digitally transforming our design-to-production processes by implementing and customizing the Teamcenter Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tool. You will collaborate with various stakeholders across departments to seamlessly connect the engineering world with supply chain, production, and quality functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with key users from design, production, logistics, purchasing, and quality departments.
  • Define end-to-end processes to integrate PLM with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and MES (Manufacturing Execution System) systems.
  • Translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions for the Teamcenter implementation.
  • Take full ownership of the project's technical aspects, working with business stakeholders and internal/external technical teams to deliver the solution.
  • Create technical documentation and training materials for both customers and internal teams.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to ensure successful user adoption of the Teamcenter system.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • Multiple years of experience designing and implementing PLM solutions, preferably in a consulting role.
  • In-depth knowledge of PLM tools/technologies, particularly Teamcenter or similar systems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with customers and internal teams.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; fluency in German is a plus.

Nice to have

  • Experience with CAD software and other relevant technologies.
  • Knowledge of the mechanical engineering, automotive, aerospace, or electronics industries.
