Cleanliness and Contamination Control Expert (m/f/d)

• As a Technical Cleanliness and Contamination Control Expert, you shall join Mynaric’s Quality Department 
• The mission of the Quality Department is to guarantee the conformity of Mynaric products against the build documentation and support on quality, on time and on cost delivery of Mynaric’s laser telecommunication terminals and associated components.
• As a Technical Cleanliness and Contamination Control Expert you shall define and implement the Cleanliness and Contamination Control program through a systems engineering approach to Mynaric infrastructure (relevant to various production areas) and in direct collaboration with the engineering, testing, shopfloor representatives and other Stakeholders.
• You shall support in translating the system and mission requirements into engineering requirements for contamination control for all MAIT phases and associated processes, reconcile standards and requirements, and help research and build upon applicable standards from public agencies and industry that meet or sustain both the system requirements and company objectives.
• In this role, you shall conduct periodic walkthroughs and workshops with the facility infrastructure team. 
• You will support the management of non-conformances, investigations, review, and troubleshooting of all quality and contamination control facility issues, system anomalies, and material restrictions.
• You will lead contamination characterization using in-house capabilities or outsourcing testing services, including sample collection and analysis from cleanrooms and hardware, writing reports, and maintaining cleanliness associated equipment.
• You will monitor cleanliness quality and review data trends and results to ascertain developing contamination risks to the product and the health of infrastructure systems.
• You will generate periodic reports based on cleanliness audits
• You will manage and lead personnel training related to cleanliness and contamination control

• You have a vocational training or university degree in a relevant field.
• A minimum of 2 years professional experience in a similar position.
• Very good technical understanding is essential.
• Good knowledge and experience in Cleanliness and Contamination Control in a relevant environment (Space, Aerospace or similar industries)
• Very good communication skills combined with a solid command of written and spoken English are essential, German is an asset.
