Working in the Management Team
The management team lead the direction for Open Cosmos and all of it’s divisions. We’re a busy bunch of people with various demands across the business and need someone who can support us in certain administrative and co-ordination tasks.
What will you be doing?
You’ll be at the centre of supporting the management making sure that they have everything they need to do their jobs effectively. This is a very active role where no 2 days are the same!
You’ll be supporting administration and co-ordination of travel and events, proof reading and prepaing documents, and generally keeping the management team running smoothly and in a co-ordinated manner.
What you need to be successful
- You’ll be a pro multi-tasker, easily handling tasks from various departments simultaneously
- You’ll be highly organised and efficient in managing activities and requests
- You’ll have a keen eye for detail, ensuring communications and documents are of the highest quality
- You’ll have a pro-active approach to work, always looking for the most efficient and effective options
- You’ll be communicating, a lot, at all levels and with various stakeholders so you should be confident in speaking and writing, both Spanish and English
- You’ll need to be comfortable working in word, excel and powerpoint - even better if you’re familiar with GSuite
**This role will need to attend our Barcelona office at least once per week**
