We are seeking a driven individual who will support Missile Defense Agency mission and quality assurance by participating in multi-disciplinary teams, conducting quality and mission assurance evaluations and assessments for existing missile defense components and architectures.

Essential Roles & Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in data management in an Integrated Digital Environment (IDE) database; Verify the IDE is established, maintained, and updated as the central repository for program data and documentation; Serve as System Administrator for program automated data tools.
  • Assist in the monthly status review process for data management. Prepare feedback and implementation effectiveness based on metrics, reviews, and assessments. Review and analyze contractor’s monthly metric reports determining best practices or improvements.
  • Analyze Government requirements documents and supplier hardware technical requirements for assurance compliance and assist with addressing issues.
  • Monitor contractor supplier progress in implementation and execution of developed solutions.
  • Develop and brief charts to Senior Managers regarding supplier issues and resolutions including issues identified, recognized risks, proposed solutions, and supplier progress.
  • Demonstrate strong collaboration and communication skills to foster efficient workflow across multiple parties including government customers, technical staff, and other contractors.
  • Coordinate organizational deliverables.
  • Candidate must be willing to be on site 0-3 days per month. 

 

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • BA or BS degree with 1 or more years’ experience in a field related to quality and/or mission assurance.
  • Experience collaborating within small teams and project management with direct customer interaction.
  • Security Clearance requirements: Must currently possess or be able to obtain a Secret clearance prior to start.
