Position Overview:

The Experienced Test and Evaluation Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the reliability, performance, and functionality of our maritime and intelligence systems. We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with a strong technical background and attention to detail.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and procedures for maritime and intelligence systems.

  • Conduct thorough testing and evaluation of system components to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.

  • Utilize various testing methodologies, tools, and equipment to assess system performance and functionality.

  • Analyze test results, identify issues, and work closely with engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve problems.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of system components.

  • Provide detailed test reports, including findings, recommendations, and potential improvements to stakeholders.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in maritime and intelligence systems testing.

  • Participate in design reviews and provide input to enhance system performance and reliability.

  • Support the development and implementation of test automation tools and frameworks.

Work Authorization:

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship.  An interim and/or final U.S. confidential clearance Post Start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry.

  • 5 years or more experience in test and evaluation of electronic hardware components.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Strong knowledge of electronic hardware testing methodologies, tools, and equipment.

  • Proficiency in developing and executing test plans and procedures.

  • Experience with troubleshooting and resolving hardware-related issues.

  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to electronic hardware testing.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Typical Education/Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.

Typical summary pay range (Level 3): $102,000 – $138,000
