Software Technical Lead

Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented, experienced Software Technical Lead help define the future of lunar surface mobility in a fast-paced startup environment.

 

 Key Responsibilities:

• Guide a team of software developers through the project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions
• Ensure coding standards and common practices are met to maintain high software quality
• Communicate with all stakeholders, supporting transparency and a free flow of information
• Technical experience on the scalability of interconnected modules and the ability to architect across platforms
• Lead large scale C/C++ development from start to finish in a CI/CD environment
• Responsible for architecting reusable services that can be deployed on a wide variety of platforms
• Facilitate task organization and delegation within a team

 

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, math, or science discipline
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience
• Knowledge and understanding of cross platform development including embedded platforms
• Proficient in Embedded C/C++/Python with focus on C
• Self-motivated, focused, and driven to meet critical deadlines
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with wide scale application deployments
• Ready to work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment, embracing ownership and delivering high-quality output
• Experience in a similar role within the aerospace industry and/or a technology startup environment, including industry standards
