As part of a hardworking team of strategists, you will help build strategic focus and drive company growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve short-term sales wins and to establish robust long-term advantages, positioning Blue Origin strategically in the market. You will lead regular market assessments, researching and giving a voice to the data to guide company investment decisions. You will also develop business cases and pricing strategy to detail financial and market outlook for our existing and new products.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, government, engineering or related field
- 8+ years in strategy formulation, to include consulting, investing, or product
- Solid understanding of the space industry’s customer and competitor dynamics
- Detailed market research, data analysis, and quantitative economic and financial modelling experience
- Comfort applying analytical frameworks to tackle ambiguous problems
- Excellent written and verbal executive communication skills
- Proven track record in a fast-paced environment working on multiple projects simultaneously and maintaining excellent attention to detail
- Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
Desired:
- MBA from a top-tier business school
- Familiarity with U.S. budgeting and contracting processes particularly for government space agencies (e.g., NASA, US Space Force, AFRL, DARPA)
- Experience producing market sizing estimates in emergent markets
- Experience driving strategy from formulation through successful execution

Benefits
Benefits include: Medical, dental, vision, basic and supplemental life insurance, paid parental leave, short and long-term disability, 401(k) with a company match of up to 5%, and an Education Support Program.
Paid Time Off: Up to four (4) weeks per year based on weekly scheduled hours, and up to 14 company-paid holidays.
Discretionary bonus: Bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
