As a crucial member of our team, you will be responsible for processing invoices for a variety of spaceflight systems and support functions. Your role will have a direct impact on all aspects of AP invoice processing and contribute to the history of space exploration. We are seeking an individual with a strong commitment to safety and attention to detail to join us in our mission.

Responsibilities

  • Inputting invoices into the system
  • Collaborating with Procurement and suppliers to resolve any invoicing issues
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Assisting with other payables functions as needed

Qualifications

  • Associate degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Professional experience with enterprise-level, high-volume payables processing
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Basic understanding of how payables impact the general ledger and financial statements
  • Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous work environment

Desired

  • Experience with Coupa, Costpoint, Cognos, and Concur
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Teams
Compensation range for on site WA applicants is
$20.25$28.35 USD
