Join us as Manufacturing Engineer (Electronics)– Process (m/w/x) and work with us on changing the future!

What awaits you at Mynaric

  • Define best equipment for production use based on product roadmap and domain expertise (Electrical).
  • Own full end to end scope of equipment commissioning including process capability studies and experiments for equipment qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ).
  • Participate in projects to improve processes, develop new products, or implement new manufacturing technologies.
  • Review, interpret, and summarize statistical data to drive process improvement ensuring error-free production of our electronics manufacturing line.
  • Define and actively maintain DFx based off in-house process capability, and ensure compliance through collaboration with Product Engineering teams.
  • Maintain facilities development, floor layout, headcount requirements and material flow definition of relevant processes. 
  • Investigate assembly issues and implement solutions by reviewing product design, established processes, and equipment/tooling effectiveness (NC & RCA system).

What you bring with you

  • 3 + years of experience of working in a fast paced Manufacturing Environment with an engineering degree in electrical, mechanical, aerospace or other relevant engineering field (Internal Note : job level depends on years of experience)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously by developing clear project plans and ability to self-prioritize based on company milestones. 
  • Knowledge of design of experiments and statistical process control for process qualification.
  • Experience with capacity planning in order to ensure equipment will meet production needs.
  • Proven track record of defining DOE, gage R&R and process qualifications.
  • Experience in defining production data requirements and SPC.
  • Able to work with facilities planning power, gas, etc. requirements.

Nice to Haves:
  • Previous experience of Altium Designer and/or Siemens NX.
  • Previous experience commissioning capital equipment.
  • Familiar with relevant industry standards and regulations such as CE, UL, and RoHS.
  • Background in electronic circuit design, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma experience is a plus.
