This job is for a first line DevSecOps Engineering Manager (EM) supporting a major MSC program; Reports To Manager for 6-8 LM employees. Responsibilities include employee management and program schedule/technical performance. The selected candidate will work on the PMO Technical Team to communicate engineering direction, accomplish milestones/deliveries and provide leadership to the program. This position will be responsible for Lockheed Martin Space functional engineering management activities including: managing time and attendance; performing recruiting and hiring activities; developing and delivering performance appraisals; conducting merit planning; career development counseling, mentoring, informal and formal performance improvement actions; and additional activities as required for the functional management of direct reports and future staffing requirements. From a day-to-day technical perspective -> provide development and operational DevSecOps support to a national critical mission. You will lead and/or work a variety of software, system, admin, network and infrastructure-based tasks.

Basic Qualifications:
Information Technology and Software Engineering background with working software tools, Application Service Provider (ASP) components, virtual/physical servers, and associated technologies
Understanding of Agile methodology within DevSecOps organization
Experience architecting with AWS C2S and integrating third party ASP solutions
Active/Current TS/SCI
Desired Skills:
Cloud Technology experience (architecture, development, certification, deployment, maintenance)
Experience integration of classified cloud
Past Leadership experience - must be able to lead, drive, and energize engineers both on the E&T and Program fronts
Seeking a candidate with GEOINT community background
Possess strong communication skills and to be technically innovative
Highly adaptive to priority changes and multi-tasking
Excellent employee and customer relationship skills
Experience with the following: V1, Jira, Jenkins, Ansible, Scripting in Python, Pearl, and/or UNIX Shell, Continuous integration tools/processes and automated testing

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $128,900 - $247,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full time employees: accrue 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO); receive 40 hours of Granted PTO annually for incidental absences; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of PTO per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO is prorated based on hours worked and start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
