Job Description Summary

Designs, develops, troubleshoots, and debugs software programs for software enhancements and new products. Directs and participates in all phases of system development with emphasis on planning, analysis, evaluation, integration, testing and acceptance phases (IV&V and DT&E). Develops software tools including operating systems, compilers, routers, networks, utilities, databases and Internet-related tools.

Having wide-ranging experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways. Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Networks with key contacts outside own area of expertise. Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and may begin to coordinate activities of other team members. Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree.

• Develop domain knowledge and serve as the subject matter expert in the demand management console application for order creations and management

• Conduct quality assurance and testing during new feature development and regression test cycles

• Evaluate, recommend, and implement manual testing, API testing, analyze test data, and create test reports

• Provide technical support and guidance in User Acceptance Testing in establishing test strategy, methodologies, test plans and test execution

• Conduct investigations of software processes and troubleshoot anomalies and resolve or escalate application quality issues

• Identify areas for process or user experience improvement and support improvement initiatives

• Present UI demonstrations to internal and external stakeholders of completed product features

• Provide internal training support of new product features and provide technical review of user guides

• Elicit requirements through direct communications with product owner, stakeholders, and end users and through research of technical documentations

• Partner with business leaders and other related teams to design, build, and deploy

• Document and communicate business requirements and defects in the form of users stories with acceptance criteria

Our salary ranges are market-driven and set to allow for flexibility. Individual pay will be competitive based on a candidate’s unique set of knowledge, skills, and geographic diversity, with earnings potential commensurate with experience. The range for this position is:

$124,000.00 - $206,000.00 annually.

 

Additionally, this position is incentive eligible with a target based on contribution, company performance, and/or individual results achieved; the specific incentive plan and target amount will be determined based on the role and breadth of contributions.
