Requirements

An opportunity to join us during a period of substantial growth as we prepare to launch our new cutting edge products. Based on site in our Reading offices, you'll work closely to assist the General Counsel in a wide range of legal work to support our business.

As a UK based post qualified solicitor, you'll use your experience working in-house to confidently work independently in a fast moving environment.

Responsibilities Include:

• Advice on non-disclosure, intellectual property, data protection and compliance matters
• Work will cover a variety of routine and complex commercial transactions including supplier and customer contracts, manufacturing agreements, research and development agreements, IT contracts, and non disclosure agreements
• Preparation and updating of standard templates and documents

Ideally, You'll Have:

• Experience in commercial law and contracts, information technology and telecoms and intellectual property
• Ability to deal with stakeholders at all levels in the company
• Ability to work quickly and flexibly across a wide range of matters
• Experience in international transactions
• Experience in data protection/privacy
• Government contracting experience
