We are looking to add a Marketing and Tradeshow Coordinator to our team. If you are passionate about marketing, thrive in a dynamic and challenging environment, and are interested in working with a company focused on satellites, spacecraft, and aerospace systems, we would like to hear from you.
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in executing B2B marketing strategies and coordinating tradeshows, contributing to the overall success of our events, brand, and company.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, organize, and execute participation in tradeshows, conferences, and industry events.
- Coordinate logistics, including booth setup, travel arrangements, and promotional material preparation.
- Liaise with vendors, sponsors, and event organizers to ensure seamless execution.
- Propose new ideas to improve the event planning and implementation process.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital platforms, print media, and industry publications.
- Manage marketing campaigns, track results, and report on progress.
- Collaborate with Business Development and other internal teams to gather information and insights for effective marketing communication.
- Assist with marketing research and analysis
- Work closely with our graphic and industrial designers to create engaging promotional materials, presentations, and displays for tradeshows and other events.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with industry professionals, customers, and key stakeholders.
JOB REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working in marketing coordination and tradeshow management, preferably in the aerospace industry, including management of all related tradeshow logistics.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles.
- Proven ability to develop and execute marketing and communications plans.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
- Desire to understand and communicate complex technology to various audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing software/tools.
- Ability to travel for tradeshows and events as required.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- Experience in the NewSpace industry.
- Experience in the aerospace telecommunications industry.
- Experience with startups.
