The Space, Intelligence & Weapons Systems Division of Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is seeking an Associate Production Scheduler to join the Integrated Planning & Scheduling group to support Precision Engagement Systems (PES) located in St. Charles, MO. 

Position Responsibilities:

  • Supports preparation, development, coordination, scheduling, and change management activities of maintaining an integrated plan to meet program and/or production requirements in accordance with project management industry standards.

  • Participates in maintaining, analyzing, and producing metrics related to plans.

  • Assists or develop risk assessments, developing mitigation plan, and refining the business case.

  • Develops, collects, organizes, and provides data, and updates tasks, to maintain the status of programs, schedules, customer and supplier commitments, and compliance. Coordinates document work statements and resulting schedules.

  • Identifies and provides reports on performance variances, project status, and change information to the project team.

  • Communicate plan changes and recovery plans to ensure commitment to stakeholders.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required.  “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.  

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Experience Building Integrated Master Plans

  • Experience in managing complex integrated schedules or projects

  • Experience in Navigating BRAIDSS (Recurring and Independent Demand Schedule System)

  • Experience utilizing scheduling systems and tools to create and maintain production schedules

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or higher

  • Experience working in a production and/or manufacturing environment

  • Experience with MRP (Material Requirements Planning)

Typical Education & Experience:

Associate Level 2: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience, 7 years' related work experience, etc.)

Travel:

The position may require travel up to 10% of the time.

Relocation:
