Our team in King of Prussia, PA seeks a Staff Program Planning to support the Advanced Programs within the Space and Strategic Missile Defense Line of Business that will have the size and scope to offer valuable career development experiences. Summary of Key Duties: In this role you will….
• Serve as a "Subject Matter Expert" in developing, statusing, and analyzing complex Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) in sufficient detail to monitor progress.
• Develop recovery plans to ensure program milestones are completed in accordance with the contract requirements.
• Use critical path methodology and application in network development, analysis, and problem resolution
• Perform independent schedule risk assessments and mitigation planning
• Develop/maintain Earned Value Management System metrics and provide monthly status and analysis in conjunction with Program Finance and CAMs
• Interface with a variety of program functional organizations such as Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Subcontract Management, Business Management, and Program Management while working with the entire planning team to translate customer requirements into the program baseline
• Work with cross-functional teams to maintain and coordinate vertical and horizontal schedule integration between supplemental schedules, the IMS, and the Program Summary Master Schedule
• Mentor junior planners on the team, building “bench strength” and advancing the quality of the team
• Serve as a liaison by maintaining, publishing, and presenting relevant planning and scheduling information and metrics to provide visibility and communicate potential issues to management and engineering

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s with 9-10 years of related or professional experience; candidates who have equivalent experience/combined education will also be considered (17-18 years of experience with no degree)
• Experience creating and maintaining Integrated Schedules to include the IMP in support of the Program Statement of Work (SOW)
• Experience working EVM schedules
• Experience conducting schedule integrity checks, critical path analyses, and/or work around plans
• Previous audit experience
• Must be a United States citizen, be able to obtain an Interim Secret clearance prior to start, and be able to obtain a final Secret security clearance
Desired Skills:
• Active Secret security clearance
• 12+ years of program planning experience with advanced experience creating and maintaining integrated schedules and conducting schedule integrity checks, critical path analyses, and/or work around plans
• Advanced skills with MS Project, Open Plan, or another comparable planning tool
• Advanced experience with coordinating engineering and manufacturing for accurate forecast alignment and vertical integration.
• Experience with Schedule Risk Assessments (Monte Carlo simulations)
• Advanced Earned Value Management experience
• Advanced Experience with DCMA Audits
• Advanced Experience with IBR's
• Advanced Experience with DDM analysis and Implementation
• Strong influencing and relationship management skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of an integrated team
• Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills
