The Iron Patriot team is looking for a Systems Engineer to drive the architecture and development of innovative solutions for our customers. In this role you will:

• Be responsible for the integration of end to end mission capabilities being built on Iron Patriot task orders.

• Create and maintain CDRLs, including Design Documents, Test Planning, and Test Reports.

• Be responsible for the integration of end to end mission capabilities being built on Iron Patriot.

• Work closely with customers, stakeholders, and mission partners to ensure requirements are met resulting in end to end thread closure.

• Have ownership of artifacts such as Conops, requirements, architecture documents, test plans, etc with the responsibility to identify potential holes and work with the customer and stakeholders as a badgeless team to close.

• Be responsible for leading meetings and coordinating with enterprise stakeholders on system integration activities.

This is a level 4, mid to senior career role where successful Applicants will:

• Typically possess a minimum of 9 years of professional experience having received a Bachelors Degree from an accredited college/university in a related discipline, or additional experience/combined education in lieu of degree

Selected candidate must have a TS/SCI security clearance prior to start.

Basic Qualifications:
• Experience interfacing with the customer
• Experience with creating/maintaining Systems Engineering artifacts such as architecture diagrams, ICDs, design documents, systems flows
• Experience working and collaborating in a team environment
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and Agile based tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, etc)
• A TS/SCI Clearance will be required prior to start for this role.
Desired Skills:
• Experience with discovery, resolution, and development of plans to mitigate potential issues and meet milestones/deliverables
• Cloud Architecture Design
• Experience with generating ROM/ECP/Proposal responses
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
