  5. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in the fabrication process.
Testing:
  1. Plan and execute comprehensive testing procedures to validate product performance and functionality.
  2. Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
  3. Design and build test setups, instrumentation, and data acquisition pipelines.
  4. Analyze test data, identify issues, and work closely with the design team to make necessary improvements.
  5. Troubleshoot and diagnose problems during testing, proposing solutions and implementing changes as needed.
Documentation:
  1. Maintain detailed records of fabrication processes, test procedures, and results.
  2. Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation to communicate findings and recommendations to the team.
  3. Contribute to the creation of technical manuals and product documentation for end-users.
Continuous Improvement:
  1. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in fabrication and testing.
  2. Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements and drive innovation.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. DEGREE REQUIREMENTS MAY BE OVERRIDDEN BY SUFFICIENT EXPERIENCE.
